Help homeless animals

I came across this organization raising money for homeless animals. It's self-explanatory. We hope you can help with a donation or how about sending this postiong around so they get as much publicity as possible.

AUCTION TO BENEFIT CATS & DOGS;

PLEASE COME HELP US ON 8 /26/05

Hi pet lovers,

We are an organization in Brooklyn raising money for dogs and cats. We raise funds for vet bills, food, shelter & so on. To help pets we go out trapping cats & have them spayed & tested, the ones that we are able to tame we find good homes for & the ones that are not we let the go back were we got them from and, at least, they don't add to the homeless pet problem and aren't burdened with litters that are also homeless.

We have an auction 5 times a year. People donate all kinds of great items like antiques , vintage items , paintings , old prints , real 14 kt gold jewelry, vintage jewelry , mirrors , kitchen items , home decor , Hummel figurines , Christmas items, small furniture and so much more. We have had people win items worth a lot of money but only paid $5.00 for it. Items go for very little and are great bargains.

If you do attend we will gladly accept any donations in cash or you can bring us items like cat food, dog food, towels, sheets, blankets or any items we can put up for auction.. We will also be delighted to pick up any items, too, it would be for such a good cause.

The auction is held at Salem Lutheran Church 450 67th Street between 4th & 5th Ave in Brooklyn on 8/26/05 Viewing is at 6:30 pm, auction starts at 7:00 pm. There is food drinks & coffee for sale.

Door admission is one dollar.... PLEASE COME AND HELP ANIMALS ON 8-26.
